***-Note for Baby Girl by Sugarland:  I originally removed the song from my Top 40 because it started to slide on the charts and I was not that impressed with it at first.  Well, after I took it off, the song made a recovery and ended peaking at #2 sometime in 2005.  Since I have a strict "no-returner" policy (and since I wasn't using a formula back then), the song peaked at #27 for me and therefore ends at #93 for 2004 instead of being a high ranking song in 2005.  This is one example of why I switched to a formula...to keep songs that grow on me (like this one eventually did) from not reaching high enough on my charts.  Now, the chart is fully fan voted, so there is no formula and our votes are the sole determinant for when a song gets removed.
